4) How long does shipping take?
Inside Egypt: 2–5 business days.
International orders: 7–14 business days.
5) Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid for online using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
6) Are there is shipping fees?
Yes, there is a flat fee of 150 EGP for all domestic orders (Egypt).
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
7) Does the price include customs or taxes?
For domestic orders (Egypt): The price is final, and no customs duties or additional VAT/sales taxes apply.
For international orders: No, the customer is fully responsible for any local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their country upon arrival.
